Hard things are hard. This is one of our core values at Ashland Strength Studio. I’d love to send you a sticker as a reminder that while you’ll inevitably go through hard shit, you don’t have to smile and you don’t have to be defeated. It’s just hard.

You build strength by safely expanding the boundaries of what you’re capable of physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether it’s a marathon, your first pushup, or existing in the face of injustice, there’s nothing quite like doing something you once thought impossible. Getting there, however, isn’t always roses, and it’s OK to be fully human in the process.
