Overthinking Spiral Movement Practice

In less than 11 minutes, you’ll get out of your head and reconnect with your body using simple moves like squats, lunges, and a grounding plank. All you need is some space, yourself, and a bit of weight (I use my water bottle). No pressure to get it perfect. Adjust as you go. You’ll finish feeling more steady, present, and ready for your day.
