Feelin’ Myself Movement Practice

In this movement snack, we’ll do a quick 100 biceps, 100 triceps, 100 booty reps. Perfect for those days when you want to move your body and boost your confidence without spending an hour at the gym. I’ll give plenty of options to make things harder or lighter depending on your mood. I’ll guide you through every round and offer different variations to help you stay motivated.
