Feeling loungey but think a little movement would be helpful? This gentle movement “snack” is for you. You’ll start by tuning into your breath, then move through super low-key stretches you can do without even getting up. Take what you need, skip what you don’t, and let this quick session help you reconnect and soothe your body. Rest is a necessary part of fitness.
